Welcome to the neighborhood…
and congratulations on the purchase of your home!
On behalf of the Pasatiempo Homeowners Association Board of Trustees and the other homeowners of Pasatiempo, we would like to welcome you to your new home and our community. We look forward to meeting you, whether it be walking down the street, at the pool or a community event.
The Board of Trustees is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established covenants and bylaws of the Association. We have specific provisions regarding what can and cannot be done on your property. Please take the time to read through the Bylaws and Basic Restrictions. Our Board of Trustees meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month at the Hollins House. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
This community website is the official communication channel between the Board of Trustees and the homeowners.

Pasatiempo Board of Trustees
The Golf Course and the Homeowners Association are two different entities.
As such, ownership of a home within Pasatiempo does not provide golf membership privileges.
The Golf Course is Private Property and non-golfers are not permitted on the course or cart paths at any time. As you walk our neighborhood, please be respectful of the golf course property. Walking is not permitted on their paths, greens or surrounding rough areas.
New Resident FAQs
As a new homeowner, you may already have some ideas on how you’d like to improve your property…
Please keep in mind the Association has a Design Review Committee to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood. Its function is to evaluate and review the plans for ALL exterior repairs and remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences, replacement roofs, etc.) to ensure compliance with the Basic Restrictions. All modifications to the exterior of your property, including repainting with the same color, must be submitted to the Design Review Committee for approval before any work begins.
How do I get a gate clicker and how many can I purchase?
Call the property manager (see below for contact info). Gate clickers are $75 each and you may purchase one for each resident driver.
How do I enter the main gate if I’ve forgotten/lost my clicker?
Each household has a unique gate code that can be punched into the pad at the main gate. If you’ve forgotten your gate code, contact the property manager.
What facilities are part of the Homeowners Association?
The HOA maintains roads, common areas, entrance gates, and the pool. The golf course and tennis courts are owned and managed by Pasatiempo Golf Course and memberships are NOT included in the HOA.
Are community events sponsored by the HOA?
Yes! Each year we have a variety of events to bring our community together. This website is updated with the upcoming events so be sure to check! We also send out postcards announcing events.
