Construction Rules and Policies (NEW!)

In an attempt to minimize the impact on neighbors during homeowner construction projects, the Pasatiempo HOA has adopted the Pasatiempo Construction Rules and Policies. These are part of our ongoing work to calm traffic, to limit trespassers and protect our common areas.

All homeowners who are making improvements on their lots, including landscaping, alterations (interior and/or exterior), additions and construction of homes must:

• Complete the form Pasatiempo Construction Rules and Policies and submit it to the Property Manager

• Post a copy of the completed, signed form on the construction site

• Inform hired contractors of the rules and policies
