Design Review Policy, Application & Fees - UPDATED

In the beginning of 2021, the Board of Trustees approved a few changes to the Design Review Policy, formerly known as the Building and Deeds Policy. The following is a summary of the changes:

• There is no longer a fee to submit an Application for Approval of Building Plans.

• The fee for an after-the-fact application is now $100.
